Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sustainability analytics, coordination, or related roles.
• Proficiency with advanced formulas, pivots, and charts in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Familiarity with SBTi, GHG Protocol, and Scope 3 Standards.
• Experience with GHG quantification and corporate carbon accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-team collaboration, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual report end to end: drafting content, QA/QC data, and report creation.
• Research climate topics including peer efforts, frameworks, and regulation.
• Provide sustainability advisory (e.g., GHG quantifications) to sales.
• Draft white papers and blogs translating methodology for a commercial audience.
• Build slide decks and supporting analyses for sales and internal use.
• Lead data collection and analysis of Arva’s annual GHG inventory.
