Job summary

Dynata invites you to join our Virtual Call Center as a part-time telephone interviewer working remotely from home. You will conduct outbound surveys on topics ranging from politics to customer satisfaction and record responses accurately in our survey software. No sales or collections involved.

We offer a base wage of $13/hr, training, and flexible shifts. Applicants must live in UT, NV, ID, or TN, be 18+, and have a quiet workspace with own equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak clearly.
• Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and type into survey software.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm preferred.
• Must have own equipment and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound surveys from home via telephone.
• Accurately record respondent answers in the company survey software.
• Maintain professional conduct during calls and handle difficult conversations with courtesy.
• Meet minimum weekly hours (20+ hours) and shifts within operating hours.
