Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage surgical scheduling for hospitals across the country. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, emails, and coordination of cases with multiple modalities.

You will confirm next-day schedules using our online system and ensure accuracy while following HIPAA guidelines. This position requires a high school diploma and experience in scheduling or customer service, with preferred familiarity with Scheduling Software and Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in scheduling or customer service.
• Proficiency with Scheduling Software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and follow-up calls for scheduling of surgical procedures.
• Respond to voicemails and emails related to scheduling.
• Schedule cases with multiple modalities and confirm next-day schedules.
• Identify barriers and implement solutions to improve scheduling results.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
