Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Surface Title requisites in Texas.
• Ability to quickly access online records and review documents to complete a chain of titles.
• Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate as a team player.
• Strong attention to detail with good planning, organization and time management.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and work in a team environment.
• Maintain regular attendance per work schedule; may require overtime.
• Compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Research surface title using online resources and production history as needed.
• Draft releases, letters of no objection, and entry agreements using templates.
• Support line upgrades by researching land rights, permits, and conflicts.
• Review engineering plans/schematics for alignment with title work.
• Communicate with Field Agents to cover gaps and review documents.
• Enter data to generate reports in the billing/time-keeping system.
• Prepare flowcharts, plats, deeds, and other visuals.
• Follow specified software tools and file storage protocols.
• Produce final deliverables to clients.
