Responsibilities

• Research vesting, surface, and mineral titles using online resources.
• Coordinate with Field Agents for needed research and gaps.
• Examine documents provided by Field Agents and ensure completeness.
• Enter data in CityVerse or client reports program to generate reports.
• Prepare flowcharts, plats and deed plots.
• Review others' work and prepare final deliverables for clients.
• Follow CityVerse and other software instructions and title protocol directions.
