Hummingbird is a remote-first, fully distributed team focused on helping fight financial crime through AI-powered compliance tools. We’re seeking a Support Specialist to handle technical and functional inquiries, assist with API integration, and guide customers through regulatory filing requirements using our SaaS platform.

You will own customer communications, work with TSEs and engineering, and continually expand your technical skills to provide advanced support.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, reproducing, and escalating bugs.
• Experience with APIs and SQL; familiarity with coding languages.
• Willingness to own customer issues from start to finish and resolve complex challenges.
• Collaborative communicator across engineering, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Field and resolve a wide range of support inquiries, from general product usage to API integration and troubleshooting.
• Own communication with customers, keeping them informed while coordinating with TSEs, engineering, and other teams.
• Expand technical skills in APIs, SQL, and related areas to provide even more effective support.
• Own and improve support processes from ticket creation through escalation and resolution.
• Assist customers in fighting financial crime, contributing to the protection of businesses and communities.
• Drive efficiency of support processes leveraging AI and other tools.
