• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard, focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Deliver professional, warm, and concise communication within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal private notes.
• Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Properly utilize system tools for escalations and queue management with clear justification.
