Fishwife is a remote-friendly consumer goods company seeking a proactive Supply Planner to transform the demand plan into actionable purchases across canneries, co-manufacturers, and suppliers. You’ll own POs in Cin7, manage lead times, and keep the plan honest with cross-functional partners.

You’ll thrive in a fast-growing, remote-first environment, building scalable processes as volume grows, and ensuring products never go out of stock by aligning supply with demand across multiple continents.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in supply planning, production planning, buying, or procurement in CPG.
• Personally placed and chased POs end to end, from the buy quantity decision through receipt.
• Hands-on ERP experience with purchasing transactions (Cin7 strongly preferred).
• Strong planning math: coverage, days of supply, safety stock, minimum order quantity, and lot sizing.
• Comfortable with international suppliers, multi-week ocean lead times, and coordination of a global supply base.

Responsabilidades

• Book capacity and production slots with canneries and co-manufacturers ahead of demand.
• Model tradeoffs between demand and production plans and document coverage assumptions.
• Own the supply side of monthly S&OP: planned vs bought, variance, and cash impact.
• Oversee every PO from placement to receipt, verifying quantities, pricing, terms, and dates.
• Maintain Cin7 PO records as the single source of truth on status and dates.
