Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who will own day-to-day PO execution and maintain tight control over inventory data. You will work with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs to prevent delays and ensure timely receipts, while building Claude-powered workflows to turn data into actionable summaries.

You will be hands-on, high-ownership, and collaborate with leadership to scale a fast-growing, remote HQ team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, procurement, production planning, logistics, or inventory management.
• Fast-paced CPG, food/beverage, supplements, wellness, beauty, or other physical-product business experience preferred.
• Coordinated with external suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners and held to deadlines across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory, or order management system and ability to pull/organize data.
• Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for real operational work.
• Proven examples of catching a problem early and driving it to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day purchase order execution through production, shipment, receipt, and exception resolution.
• Run operating cadence with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs with clear ownership of confirmations and dates.
• Maintain source of truth for available, inbound, and at-risk inventory to inform planning.
• Spot shortages, production delays, material constraints, freight risk, and inventory imbalances early and propose actions.
• Build Claude-powered workflows turning PO/inventory data into exception lists and supplier communications.
• Standardize reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows; write SOPs for higher volume with fewer errors.
