Job summary

Voyager Technologies in California seeks a Supply Chain Intern for Strategic Systems to build a searchable Supplier Intelligence Database and support Engineers, Buyers, and Subcontract Administrators.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager, is based remotely, and requires Excel proficiency, data analysis skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP concepts. Internship experience in supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information per government standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external vendors.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support MRP tracking before NetSuite implementation with material use and on-hand status.
• Maintain open order reports with weekly updates for visibility.
• Track supplier purchase order acknowledgments to improve PO visibility.
• Assist procurement transactions: PO placement, returns, planning parameter adjustments.
• Organize procurement files: NDAs, Reps & Certs, RFQs, quotes, evaluations.
• Maintain ship-to addresses for Voyager entities, suppliers, and testing locations.
• Track commitments vs. actual deliveries to monitor supplier performance.
