Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for Strategic Systems in a remote role based in the U.S. The intern will build a comprehensive, searchable Supplier Intelligence Database used by Engineers, Buyers, and Subcontract Administrators, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager in Folsom, CA.

The position focuses on MRP tracking, PO visibility, and procurement transactions within our ERP system, with preferred experience in Power BI and Excel. 0–25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Ability to maintain sensitive information per government standards.
• Strong analytical and data organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a team.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP concepts.
• Understanding of supply chain, procurement or materials management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support MRP interim tracking prior to NetSuite implementation.
• Maintain open order reports with weekly updates.
• Track supplier purchase order acknowledgements to improve PO visibility.
• Assist with procurement transactions in the ERP system: purchase orders, returns, planning parameter adjustments.
• Organize and maintain Procurement & Contract File Library (NDAs, Reps & Certs, RFQs, quotes, evaluations).
• Master ship-to address logs for Voyager entities, suppliers, testing locations.
• Track commitments vs. actual deliveries to monitor supplier performance.
