CRS is seeking a Supply Chain Management Technical Advisor II to provide technical support, accompaniment, and training to EMPOWER partners in international settings. Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of emergency procurement, sourcing, contracting, vendor management, transport, warehouse management and inventory control.
• Ability to translate assessments into prioritized actions and usable tools.
• Experience facilitating partner-led processes and capacity-building.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-country supply chain setup across five target countries from procurement to inventory planning.
• Ensure five priority focuses are executed: updated specs, sourcing, prepositioned stocks, open contracts, and continuous improvement.
• Support market analysis, hotspot prioritization, stakeholder mapping, and workplan development.
• Establish minimum quality standards, packing guidance, replenishment requirements, and QA processes.
• Validate kit contents against market availability, cultural relevance, and branding expectations.
• Develop costing matrices by country and hotspot accounting for transport, storage, duties, and lead times.
• Prequalify suppliers, transporters, warehouse providers, and service providers; maintain vendor databases.
• Prepare open contracts, framework agreements, and procurement templates; ensure readiness files.
