Ladders is seeking a Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Supplier Technical Qualification Engineer to drive supplier qualification efforts in collaboration with Supply Chain and Engineering teams. You will evaluate supplier readiness, validate performance, and close gaps to support complex hardware programs.

This remote US-based role focuses on leadership in technical reviews, qualification planning, and ensuring supplier compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in mechanical or systems engineering and hardware development.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record leading technical projects across teams.
• Experience working with suppliers on technical oversight and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in RCCA and DFMA.
• Effective communication and documentation skills for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification projects in partnership with Supply Chain and Engineering teams
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and manufacturing readiness
• Interpret technical data to ensure supplier compliance
• Lead testing to validate performance and reliability
• Conduct technical reviews and assess validation evidence
• Support root cause and corrective action activities to address technical gaps
• Develop qualification plans and manage execution timelines
