Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) to lead a large Tier 1 supplier, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of equipment and systems for Airbus Aircraft.

This role collaborates daily with suppliers and internal customers across US, Canada and Europe, drawing on Industrial, Operations and Quality Management expertise. The position requires autonomy and strong communication, with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, based in Newport Beach, CA or Phoenix,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement operations, supplier development or equivalent.
• Preferred: Green Belt/Black Belt and CPIM certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maturity of supplier manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Monitor KPIs, audits, and recovery plans with suppliers.
• Deploy robust Supplier Business Review and Business Improvement Plans.
