RTX is seeking a dedicated student or recent graduate for a remote position in US-IA. You will gain exposure to supplier quality compliance, manage certification data, and support process improvements across the supply chain.

In collaboration with the Global Supplier Quality team, you will assess risks, document nonconformances, and help track metrics. A background in supply chain or engineering and strong Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Technology.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Maintain supplier quality certifications and compliance waivers, updating ERP with certification dates.
• Collaborate with Global Supplier Quality Compliance to assess risks and identify noncompliance.
• Assist site Quality teams by documenting nonconformances and supporting metrics and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking turnbacks and supporting product skip-lot activities.
