Job summary

RTX is seeking a Mission Systems Supplier Quality Intern (Spring 2027) to learn about aerospace supplier quality management. You will update ERP records for certifications and collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Compliance team to assess risks and ensure compliance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field through the internship period.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience managing projects, schedules, deliverables, or budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier quality certifications and compliance waivers in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Global Supplier Quality Compliance to prioritize assessments and updates.
• Support site Quality teams by documenting supplier nonconformances and aiding metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking process turnbacks and supporting skip-lot activities.
• Learn to track U.S. Government Quality Requirements and ASL compliance across the supply chain.
