Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience OR an associate’s degree with 8 years OR a high school diploma with 10 years of experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional quality systems or supplier quality experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and development for Aeroderivative Engine Operations Industrialization
• Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality requirements and industry expectations
• Evaluate supplier performance using metrics (PPM, escapes, MRB) and report results
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and cost
• Develop and manage supplier action plans to address performance gaps and support standards of excellence
• Perform new supplier qualifications and maintain qualification records
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, sourcing and quality teams to align supplier strategies
• Provide technical and quality guidance to suppliers on processes and compliance
