Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer to support Procurement with supplier quality inspections and audits.

You will engage in subcontractor prequalification, review supplier quality programs, and provide feedback on manufacturing processes. The role requires an electrical engineering background, up to 85% travel, and strong communication skills to ensure compliance with Rosendin procurement standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent with relevant supplier quality experience.
• Experience in supplier quality controls, audits, and NCR handling.
• Travel up to 85% and potential travel outside the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier quality inspections and audits to ensure material and equipment meet quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring subcontractor quality aligns with Rosendin standards and customer expectations.
• Read and analyze equipment specs and drawings; provide feedback on testing and inspections.
• Report manufacturing issues and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Communicate inspection results clearly, verbally and in writing; support corrective actions.
