Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer who will support procurement through supplier quality inspections and audits.

The role requires understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment, materials, and fabrication processes, with travel up to 85% and potential international travel. You will read specifications, perform audits, and communicate results to improve supplier performance and maintain quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 4 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality.
• 2 years applicable work experience with 2‑year technical/associate’s degree in electrical technology.
• 0‑1 years applicable work experience with 4‑year bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure materials and equipment meet quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring subcontracts and supplier agreements meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer expectations.
• Read and analyze equipment specifications and drawings to provide feedback on supplier testing and inspections.
• Report manufacturing problems to management and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.
