AO Globe Life offers a fully remote, contract-based role ideal for graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You’ll guide clients through enrollment, provide expert service, and build lasting relationships from anywhere in the U.S. Training and mentorship are provided to support your growth in a performance-driven environment.

Leads are inbound with no cold outreach, and compensation is commission-based with licensing support to advance your career in the life insurance space.

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet.
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Service-minded, mission-driven attitude.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to individuals or families.
