Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable internet and quiet remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
• Pre-licensing coursework/exams/licensing fees may apply
• No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing guidance provided

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing mentorship and team training
• Walk individuals through supplemental benefit options
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
• Explain enrollment clearly and professionally
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Provide attentive, client-first service
• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
