Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain enterprise policies and provide program management and compliance oversight for FAA directives, FAA Forms, PRA, and Section 508.
• Maintain the AIT Business Management System.
• Establish standardized procedures to ensure consistent service delivery within the AIT organization.
• Direct the work of subordinate employees, including planning, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and coaching.
• Manage program resources and contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
