Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Supervisor, Provider Network Management to lead the CSS team across Phoenix and remote sites. You will supervise provider contract inquiries, contract creation, and related administrative tasks, ensuring quality, timely responses and compliant operations.

Your role involves coaching, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Claims, Credentialing, and Customer Service to meet contractual and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of health care program experience or equivalent background.
• US Citizenship if supporting TRICARE contract; DoD background investigation clearance.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of TRICARE/VA CCN provider programs, including contracting, claims, and reimbursement policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff; maintain policies and procedures.
• Coach and oversee the CSS team; monitor SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain relationships with Network Subcontractors in operation markets.
• Ensure data integrity and compliant provider records in systems.
