Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist for a remote role in the West region. You will serve as the primary resource for high-profile providers, addressing complex issues in policies, contracts, service, claims, and education needs to maintain strong relationships.

You will coordinate with internal partners, support credentialing, provider recruitment and recontracting, and guide less experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years knowledge of codes, products and terminology.
• 3–5 years Microsoft Applications experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as main resource for high-profile providers to address complex issues.
• Oversees policies, contracts, service, claims and compensation issues.
• Coordinates credentialing and provider education needs.
• Supports recruitment, contracting and recontracting activities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to meet provider needs and deadlines.
