Job summary

The World Trade Center Health Program is seeking a Provider Network Supervisor to lead the strategy, operations, and outcomes of the Provider Relations function, supporting onboarding, education, portal training, and issue resolution for claims and participation. You will guide a team of Provider Network Representatives and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality provider experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading provider relations teams and setting strategic direction.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and committees.
• Proven track record in onboarding and portal training.

Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Relations strategy and act as primary liaison with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and coach Provider Network Representatives; set performance goals and deliver coaching.
• Oversee onboarding, provider education, webinars, portal training, and directory validation.
• Manage provider relations operations across claims, credentialing, enrollment, contracts, and portal support.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor satisfaction, onboarding timeliness, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, IT and Finance.
• Ensure privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation; support audits and remediation.
