Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience in administrative functions preferred.
• Experience in managed care setting or provider contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of provider enrollment and contract requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day enrollment and contracting operations to ensure timely completion of requirements
• Ensure enrollment and contract processes are consistent across new and existing providers
• Monitor enrollment requests and responses for policy compliance
• Assess provider applications to determine eligibility status per criteria
• Ensure provider contract setup is complete and aligns with requirements
• Conduct enrollment and contracts quality audits
