Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of case management experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• RN or LMHP certification preferred; ACM/ CCM within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads competency assessments and educational offerings for staff.
