Job summary

Oscar Medical Group in the United States is hiring a 1099 Physician to supervise Advanced Practice Providers for Virtual Health Assessment and Oscar Virtual Care. You will oversee NPs and PAs, reporting to a Director, with a remote role open to Georgia residents.

This position includes $300 per APP per month pay for supervision, and Oscar Medical Group covers malpractice insurance. Requires board-certified IM/FM/EM, MD/DO, Georgia license, and telemedicine experience, with bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Must live in Georgia and hold an active Georgia license.
• Compact license or eligibility for IMLCC.
• 3+ years clinical experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine.
• 2+ years Telemedicine experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Licensed in OMG states: MI, IL, CT, PA, NC, OK, VA, TX, FL, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of APPs within state by state regulations
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
