Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a remote supervising physician (1099) to oversee Advanced Practice Providers across service lines including Virtual Health Assessment and Virtual Care. You will supervise APPs, ensure state compliance, and report to the Director of Oscar Medical Group.

Must hold board certification in IM/FM/EM, MD/DO, Georgia license and compact eligibility. 3+ years in urgent care/ER/outpatient settings; malpractice insurance covered; compensation is $300 per APP per month.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Georgia license and IMLCC eligibility requirements
• Active board-certification in IM/FM/EM is required
• 3+ years clinical experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state-by-state regulations
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
