Job summary

DIRECTV invites ambitious students to join the Summer Intern program within the People & Transformation group. This remote internship spans 10 weeks and offers hands-on exposure to case management, analytics, reporting, and end-to-end project work that shapes the employee experience.

You'll collaborate across functions, contribute to communications strategies, and gain experience in financial tracking and governance while supporting projects with guidance and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduates and master's candidates; emphasis in related fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools
• Ability to maintain trackers and coordinate follow-up in a collaborative environment
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, summarize findings
• Comfort working with data and AI tools, including basic analyses and reporting
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
