Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a Summer Intern role in its People & Transformation team. You will support employee experience initiatives and participate in case management, analysis, and end-to-end project management across programs that enhance engagement, continuity, and compliance.

As a 10-week remote internship based in the United States, you will apply your academic background to real-world projects, develop trackers, and contribute to reporting efforts while learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduates and master’s candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and artificial intelligence tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, seek clarification, and share well-supported recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with guidance.
• Curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
• A proactive, dependable approach and a commitment to completing high-quality work.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or potentially privileged information.
