Job summary

DIRECTV's People & Transformation team offers a Summer Intern role in El Segundo, CA with a United States remote option. You will contribute to case management, analytics and reporting, and end-to-end project management to support employee engagement, business continuity and compliance.

Open to undergraduates and master's candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, HR, Analytics or related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data visualization tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduates and master's candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, HR, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up.
