The internship is paid and primarily remote, with a dedicated onsite week in Conshohocken, PA. Interns will gain exposure to actuarial teams, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop technical and presentation skills for a career in life insurance actuarial science.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with a major in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated initiative through learning and applying new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial analyses related to product development, financial management, and risk management.
• Compile, validate, and analyze data for actuarial studies and management reporting.
• Assist with actuarial calculations, financial projections and reserve analyses.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and results to support models and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teammates and business partners toward shared goals.
