Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Certificate/degree in addiction counseling or equivalent.
• Active SUD certification or LADC license in the applicable state.
• Proficiency with technology to document in an EHR and manage emails/calendars.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR certification from ARC or AHA.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SUD treatment services per standards and policies.
• Represent Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation services to audiences.
• Communicate patient information per policy and HIPAA.
