Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CA SUD credential (LAADC/CADC/CATC/SUDCC) required.
• Master’s degree; CA SUD licensure; proficiency with EHR and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide SUD treatment services per Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation standards of care.
• Coordinate with treatment teams to communicate patient information per policy and confidentiality laws.
• Provide clinical coaching and supervision to students and interns to develop competency and ethical practice.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (CA SUD credential LAADC CADC CATC SUDCC)

Master's Degree

Active Substance Use Disorder certification or license (CA)
