Job summary

Oscar is seeking a detail-oriented, timeline-driven Project Manager to lead EPC Substation projects. The role is remote with travel to our Texas office and occasional overnight site visits.

You will plan and execute projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure profitability. A strong engineering background and 10 years in subsystems are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• 10 years of overall experience engineering or managing Substation projects.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closing to keep on time, on scope, on budget, and profitable.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans.
• Create work breakdown structures and assign resources to tasks.
• Conduct kick-off meetings, communicate scope and deadlines, and hold regular team meetings.
