Qualifications

Active IN behavioral health license or certification (CADAC II-V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A or equivalent) with license reciprocity where applicable.
Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
High comfort with technology (EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, mobile apps).
Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm.

Responsibilities

Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
Facilitate group discussions using a plug-and-play approach from approved modalities.
Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
