Transformcap is seeking a Substance Use Counselor for a remote position in Ohio. In this role, you will lead group therapy sessions and collaborate with a dedicated team to provide member-centered care. This position requires an active Ohio LCSW and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role offers a salary range of $50,000-$70,000 annually, dependent on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading groups in substance use treatment.
• Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day.
• Facilitate group discussions using evidence-based curriculum.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
