The role supports Avetta onboarding and ongoing program actions, reporting to Subcontracts leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with potential travel up to 30%, and requires authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct the subcontractor qualification process and maintain records.
• Build relationships with prospective and approved subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scopes of work can be performed.
• Identify new subcontractors and manage the pre-qualification process.
• Review subcontractor incident rates and score subcontractors based on qualification data.
• Manage entry of subcontractors into Avetta and ongoing Avetta actions.
