Job summary

V2X Inc. Global Subcontracts is seeking a Subcontract Specialist III to manage subcontract administration for complex US government programs. This 100% remote role reports to the Sr. Manager, Subcontracts and may require minimal travel.

The successful candidate will develop subcontract specs, review statements of work, negotiate terms, perform price analysis, and prepare/issue purchase orders while maintaining CPSR-compliant files and ensuring FAR/DFAR compliance across multiple IPTs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and AMS requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years subcontract management for U.S. government programs.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontracts and priorities.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer subcontracts FFP, CR, T&M.
• Analyze RFPs and incorporate requirements.
• Negotiate terms and price with subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage subcontract files.
