Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Specialist III for a fully remote role. The position will involve drafting subcontract specifications, evaluating proposals, and negotiating terms under FAR/DFAR/AMS guidelines.

Expect collaboration across engineering, quality, finance, and program management to deliver compliant services on time and within budget. The candidate should have 4–6 years of subcontracting experience on US government programs, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years of subcontract management experience on US Government programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR/AMS and subcontract types.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage subcontracts of substantial size (FFP, T&M, etc.).
• Prepare bid packages and negotiate terms with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/AMS, ITAR/EAR, and CPSR processes.
• Coordinate with IPTs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
