Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage KSRE subcontracts, from pre-award through closeout, including FFP, CPFF and T&M. You will serve as the contracting POC for KSRE subcontracts and coordinate with program management and procurement teams.

The role requires experience with FAR/DFARS, CPSR compliance, and ITAR controls; strong negotiation skills; ability to lead supplier relations and ensure timely performance; up to 15%

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience working under CPSR requirements.
• Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and flow-down requirements.
• Lead negotiations and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare solicitations and manage a variety of subcontract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M).
