Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist – Qualification and Relations in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on managing the subcontractor pre-qualification, maintaining records, and building relationships with vetted subcontractors to ensure scopes of work can be performed.

The position includes Avetta system entry and NDA management. Hybrid work arrangement with potential travel up to 30% and collaboration across SCM, Legal, and Project teams to drive supplier qualification

Qualificações

• Understanding different scopes of work for utility-scale solar projects.
• Ability to read a balance sheet and assess financial status.
• Strong verbal and written communication with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the Subcontractor Qualification process with limited direction.
• Source new subcontractors and initiate the Qualification Process.
• Review and score Subcontractors per Qualification Evaluation guidelines.
• Maintain qualification documents and records.
• Enter Subcontractors into Avetta and manage NDA reviews and renewals.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors; maintain licensing accuracy.
• Attend conferences or events with Subcontractors as needed.
• Travel up to 30% and support cross-functional teams.
