Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Mgr, Procurement to lead subcontracting activities across multiple programs within the RTX family. You will negotiate various subcontract types, evaluate suppliers, and build strategic partnerships to drive cost-effective procurement strategies.

The role requires DoD procurement expertise, SAP experience, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Remote/onsite work options may apply for US-based candidates, with a strong focus on collaboration with Program Office

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s and minimum 8 years of relevant experience; advanced degree with 5+ years acceptable.
Experience reading and understanding drawing specifications.
Experience with supplier management and SAP software.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time & Materials, etc.).
Identify, evaluate and select suppliers meeting Raytheon requirements.
Develop business partner relationships with suppliers.
Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and related agreements.
Collaborate with Program Office and Engineering to define procurement strategies and SOWs.
