Fully remote role for US-based talent - join Wear That, a UAE-based fashion-tech company expanding into the US market.

You’ll curate personalised looks, guide clients with expert styling advice, and deliver an elevated, effortless styling experience from wherever you are, with a strong focus on box styling.

What You’ll Do:

• Curate personalized fashion selections for clients based on their preferences, lifestyle, and body type
• Work with a box styling service model to create effortless, tailored shopping experiences
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
• Communicate with clients virtually, providing expert fashion advice and styling tips
• Be part of a growing fashion-tech company that’s redefining personal styling

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a virtual or online personal styling role (Stitch Fix, Wantable, Trendsend, Trunk Club, etc.)
• Background in box styling services and familiarity with virtual styling platforms
• Proven ability to work with KPIs in a sales-driven or client-focused environment
• Strong fashion knowledge and a keen eye for trends, fit, and personal styling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients remotely
