Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of students assigned by the school to increase engagement and attendance through intervention and targeted supports.
• Provide proactive support to students using data resources and MTSS concepts.
• Support students and Learning Coaches through onboarding and Strong Start experiences.
• Serve as primary point of contact between students, Learning Coaches, teachers and school administration.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay responsive to student and Learning Coach needs.
