Qualifications

• 1+ year in a support role or similar customer-facing position.
• Experience handling support tickets and phone inquiries.
• Ability to follow protocols and handle sensitive cases professionally.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Beacon alerts and escalate to school officials via phone calls when action is needed.
• Identify trends and contribute to solution building.
• Contribute to training and knowledge base resources.
• Assist with overall Tech Support tickets as needed.
• Participate in SSS team-building projects.
