Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred with focus on literacy.
• Minimum 5 years in K-12 education.
• NM Level 2 or 3 teaching license preferred.
• Reading Endorsement preferred; LETRS/AIM Pathways training desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development in structured literacy strategies and HQIM.
• Support up to 25 teachers annually within the district.
• Conduct coaching cycles and model effective instruction.
• Assist data collection/analysis to inform instruction and student growth.
• Attend required NMPED training and adhere to CLSD requirements.
