• JD or international equivalent with active bar admission.
• 5+ years advising on structured finance transactions.
• Thorough securities law and regulatory knowledge.
• Clear, precise legal writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate contracts and documents for structured finance.
• Draft or evaluate sample documents, clauses, and frameworks.
• Provide feedback on AI-generated or hypothetical legal content.
• Explain industry terminology, regulatory requirements, and structures.
• Contribute to training datasets reflecting current standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with coordinators and SMEs to ensure quality.
• Deliver insights on market practices, pitfalls, and regulatory developments.
