Alignerr seeks a Structural Engineering Expert to review building models, construction drawings, and Basis of Design documents for AI evaluation. You will assess quality checks, verify code compliance (IBC, ASCE 7), and ensure design criteria are appropriate for the project.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role (20 hours per week) open to professionals in New York and across the United States. You’ll provide clear, actionable feedback and help establish quality standards for automated

Competenze

• Seasoned structural or building design professional with deep knowledge of building projects.
• Familiar with IBC, ASCE 7 and local codes.
• Experience writing or reviewing Basis of Design documents and design criteria.
• Ability to review construction drawings and 3D BIM models.
• Familiar with IFC models and tools such as Revit, Solibri, BIMcollab Zoom, or BlenderBIM.
• Ability to provide clear, well-reasoned feedback.
• Ability to work independently.
